Description of surroundings/property
The building complex of the student residence is located in Clausthal-Zellerfeld between the parallel streets "Zellbach" and "Robert-Koch-Straße". Until the traffic calming measures a few years ago, the street "Zellbach" was the main thoroughfare B241 of Clausthal. The development of the Zellbach is typical for the Harz region with predominantly two to three-story eaves construction; on the Robert-Koch-Straße the development is predominantly two-story and commercial.
